Step 1 . Download and install CustoPacks Tools :

First you need to download the CustoPack Tools from their website it is about 30 MB and will download in 10 minutes if your internet is really fast.Follow the link below

Step 2 . Tweaking MacOS

Once you're done Installing CustoPacks which is pretty easy so I'm not showing the images now you need to download the MacOS X Lion themes

Now Run The CustoPacks application and Click Choose CustoPack Look Below

 Now You will be taken to and Customization Page Choose the Settings as below Pic
